THE READER

This cycle of paintings is inspired by the storyline and music from The Reader; this Opus is dedicated to love, destiny, film, music, and synergy. That which is not subject to transience is woven into these paintings; the moment of the decision to put all norms and rules aside and create a moment of transience, aware that we would step into the unknown where the long-sought freedom most often lies. As our lives are often bound by the environment and expectations we sometimes must jump out of our own comfort zones.
